Synopsis

"Once upon a time, there existed a giant tree that was the source of all mana. A war, however caused this tree to wither away, and a hero's life was sacrificed in order to take its place. Grieving over the loss, the goddess disappeared unto the heaves. The goddess left the angels with this edict: 'You must wake me, for if I should sleep, the world shall be destroyed.' The angels bore the Chosen One, who headed towards the tower that reached up unto the heaves. And that marked the beginning of the regeneration of the world." Two worlds exist, both unaware of one another. In order for one world to flourish, the other will have to perish. Colette Brunel, the Chosen of Sylvarant, sets out on her journey accompanied by Raine (Refill) Sage, the mercenary Kratos and her best friends Lloyd Irving and Genis Sage.The Chosen One is sent on a journey of World Regeneration by releasing the seals that govern the world along side the Goddess Martel. As they travel further they meet more allies and even more enemies, while they learn more and more about the truth behind the World Regeneration.
